How many pull-ups do you have to do in the military?
They have to complete a two-mile run in less than 15 minutes and 12 seconds, as well as a five-mile run in 40 minutes or less. They must be able to perform six untimed pull-ups.
The minimum is eight pull-ups with no time limit, but you cannot touch the ground or let go of the bar. You should be able to do 15 to 20 to be competitive.

What’s a good number of pull ups?

Is 20 pull ups in a row good?
If you do pullups like I just described, 20 in a row is a great standard to aim for. The vast majority of guys can’t do that. If you get to 20 reps, it tends to be a game changer for your upper body strength. Whether your palms face in or out during each rep is more or less irrelevant in the grand scheme of 20 pullups.
Is it bad to do pull ups everyday?
